Books I want to read (in 2013)

I recently did a blog post on the books I've read in 2012, so I thought it would fit to do one on books I want to read (in 2013). I set my goal, via Goodreads, to read 25 in 2013, which is 5 more than last year. Let's hope I'll succeed.

Below a list of books I really want to read (in no particular order), though I might end up reading a few other books first if I come across other books that I suddenly prefer more. Any books amongst it I should put on a high priority? Or books that aren't in the list that I for sure should look up as well? Let me know!

-Perigee Moon by Tara Fuller
-Insurgent by Veronica Roth
-Delirium triology by Lauren Oliver
-Clockwise by Elle Strauss
-Angel Eyes by Shannon Dittemore
-The Selection by Kiera Cass
-The Vampire Academy Serie by Richelle Mead
-City of the Falling Sky by Joseph Evans
-The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
-Dreamless by Josephine Angelini
-Freed by Kinley Baker
-Medusa, A love story by Sasha Summers
-The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
-The Hex Hall Series by Rachel Hawkins

  1. I would recommend all John Green books, so Paper Towns, Looking for Alaska, Will Grayson, Will Grayson and An Abundance of Katherines. He's an amazing writer. (and very cool person) The Perks is amazing, so I bet you're going to love it. I'm a big fan of the 'Song of Ice and Fire' books but that has to be your thing I guess. Hope you'll be able to read all of them. :)

    1. I'm going to give The Fault in Our Stars a try first and I guess when I like it, I'll add up his other books as well! I don't think the 'Song of Ice and Fire' books would be really my thing though ;)

  2. Insurgent, Vampire Academy and the Perks of Being a Wallflower are amazing! Beautiful Creatures (Caster Chronicles series) is also great. It's being made into a movie. There are so many books to chose from! I don't made list like this though, because I like to pick books depending on how I feel or how much time I've got to read.

    1. I might not end up reading all these books and pick some others if I feel like others first, but all these books have been on my list for a while to read at least :) I'll check out Beautiful Creatures as well

  3. Okay loving all the books on your list! I have read most of them already and they are all really good so good choices.
When you end up liking the Vampire Academy series, the spin-off Bloodlines is really awesome as well, but that's not really high priority (until you read the VA books ghehe :P) Same goes for the TMI prequel: The Infernal Devices :P

I would also recommend 'Unearthly' by Cynthia Hand (really awesome!) and Sweet Evil by Wendy Higgins!
